This web service lists details of pending fees, with optional filters for card, Product ID, processing code and date range.

<IssCode>	AN	1	4	Thredd Issuer (Program Manager) Code. Assigned by Thredd. Mandatory in the request. If only `<IssCode>` is present in the request then this method returns the pending fee details of all cards that belong to the given program manager.	Mandatory	Mandatory
<PAN>	N	14	19	Original PAN number embossed on the card. If present in the request, then this method returns the pending fee details of the given card only.	Optional	Omit
<PublicToken>	N	9	9	Card’s public token. If present in the request, then this method returns the pending fee details of the given card only.	Optional	Omit
<FeeProcessingCode>	AN	2	2	The transaction fee processing code. See Processing Codes (fees).	Optional	Omit
<ActionCode>	AN	3	3	The action code for the response. See Action Codes.	Omit	Mandatory
<Fees>	-	-	-	An array of `Fee` records. See Fee Record below. Can occur multiple times within the message.
<IsTaken>	AN	1	5	Filters fee data on whether the pending fee is taken or not. 1 = Taken; 0 = Not taken. If this parameter is left empty then all data is returned.	Optional	Omit
<FromDate>	YYYY-MM-DD	10	10	Filters the date in which the pending fee is added to Thredd. If the FromDate is left empty and a valid ToDate is provided, data from three months prior to the specified ToDate is returned. If both FromDate and ToDate are left empty, data from three months prior to the current date is returned.	Optional	Omit
<ToDate>	YYYY-MM-DD	10	10	Filters the date the pending fee is added to Thredd. If both the FromDate and the ToDate are left empty, data from three months prior to the current date is returned.	Optional	Omit
<ProductIds>	AN	1	varchar (max)	Filters the product IDs for pending fees. These can be passed as a single ID or multiple comma-separated IDs. If a PAN or PubToken is provided, the endpoint ignores the ProductIds parameter.	Optional	Omit
